By using watermark-removal.com (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service removes visible watermarks and logos from images and videos. Processing runs locally in your browser; your files are not uploaded to our servers.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You may only use the Service on content that you created with an AI tool or that you otherwise have the right to edit. You are solely responsible for:
- having the rights needed to modify the content;
- complying with the terms of the AI service that generated it;
- complying with laws that require AI-generated or synthetic media to be disclosed or labelled where you publish it.
3. Prohibited use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use the Service on stock photos or other people’s copyrighted work, or to deceive people about whether content is real.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Results depend on your file and device and may not be perfect. Keep a copy of your original files.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watermark Removal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for how you use its output.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Watermark Removal against claims arising from content you process or publish, or from your breach of these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
